Skid Row has been around since the 1930s and doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere anytime soon.

In this country most can’t even afford a room with minimum wage ..Even in sunny CA 20 dollars/hr you can’t live on it it’s either a “room” bills etc or eat… and don’t forget DrUgS that costs money too ,many of the homeless do not want to spend their SSI checks on a room how will they get high?
