Full Body STRETCH // Great for TIGHT HIPS!

It's time to slow things down and get in a relaxing full body stretch! Prevent injury, promote recovery and improve flexibility with today's stretching routine. I'm spending some extra time targeting those tight hips of mine. Be sure to listen to your body and work at your own pace. This is a great way to start your day or to complete post workout.

I love the yoga stretching mix. I agree that your voice is so soothing and kind and the background morning jazz, birds chirping, outdoor cafe music sounds are uplifting and relaxing. Thank you so much- great stretches and good length of video just long enough and not overdone (we can always pause if we need to hold a few seconds longer). Your videos are gifts to my body and soul. Thank you dearly.

I have long suffered from lower back pain after running and knew that stretching helps. I do this stretch after every run and I literally have no pain. I just build in the 12 minutes into my workout time. Exceptional video! Thanks Heather.

This is one of my favorite stretches to do. I love this one after one of your workouts to add more stretching too. Sometime I do them on my off days just to stretch. Thanks for sharing with us.

I would consider doing my workout workout all over again knowing how great I would be feel after this stretch ~ also, three cheers for he music....I felt like I was sitting at a café in France #beautiful 6/21/2021!

Heather it would be best to have the translations on top of the screen because when we watch you on the TV we cannot see the mouvement as the translation is at the exact same location as you😅😅 Tks a lot we follow you a lot from Paris👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️

Thank you. I love the idea to to have a virtual partner with a foam roller. I am an athlete with a lot's of sore places in my legs, so your calming voice was really helpfull to survive;)

My coach told me the other day that my hip flexors or weak and that I'm out of shape and he doenst think I could even keep up with a variety highschool athlete when I'm a colligient cross country athlete since the lockdown got me u motivated lol RIP Good workout
