Amazing, my hamstrings have always been super tight but since I started stretching on a regular basis I can actually manage to get all the way to the ground again. At the start of this routine I got half way down my shins, at the end I actually touched my toes. Always amazing to see the difference like this. Thank you so much for these amazing videos, you rock!

Most definitely the first stretch. After completed, felt this pop in My lower back which loosened up the pressure a bit. Was able to complete the stretch test while initially only able to uncomfortably stretch knuckles flat on ground.

I've found that I'm more likely to do things like this when I make them a daily habit (eventually it's harder to not do it since it becomes a habit). That being said, are there any downsides to performing this follow along everyday? Is there such a thing as stretching "too much"?

I find that I can place my palms on the floor, and that remains the same even after this routine-no progress beyond that. When experimenting with standing on blocks, I noticed the need to bend my knees to touch the floor with just the tips of my fingers. Is it possible that tight hips are affecting my ability to effectively stretch my hamstrings?

@@hmpf7729 then you know more than most, and I made assumptions whilst joking at you - but unless you see misrepresented information here, it is simply humanity moving forward, taking what they learn from others and improving on it. After all isn’t that the point of generational development and a key foundation in what makes us human? I get that some people put out trash and straight copy others but I still think your comment is misplaced here.
