My heat surge Amish fire place is completly dead. the reset dose not work, tipping it forward does not work, it does not beep when plugged in or turned on. Can I replace the complete fire box unit and how much would it cost? it is a ADL 2000M-X 1-08-12-118858

I have and heats urge I turn it on and it turns off and it beeps I continue to reset it and turning it on Same thing happens it will run then turn off and beep The heater is like brand new Any suggestions Thank you

My Heatsurge Electric Fireplace (Model:ADL-2000M-X) control display on/off shuts off after it reaches a desired temperature (say 68 degrees). The power on the thermostat is still on but the power on the on/off button on heater click off after reaching the desired temperatures and has to be reset. This heater is plugged into an exterior thermostat in which I recently purchased. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
