Always hype yourself up at interviews, that advice goes way outside just vtubing. An alternate suggestion for weak points though, and a personal favorite, is to say something like "well I have worked in similar industries before, but BASED ON WHAT I RESEARCHED ABOUT YOUR COMPANY I believe it will take me some time to adapt to your unique systems." Shows experience, shows that you are genuinely interested, and isn't even a negative, you're just saying what they already know in a cooler way
