Watching him do anything is inspirational. He inspired me to my 100KG OHP I watched his 190kg strict press video and decided I wanted to be at least half as strong as Larry at something I figured the OHP was the only lift I could achieve it in because I am shoulder dominant.

He takes his whey protein and multivitamins on time👏👏. I wish he starts taking creatine to further improve his performance.

You knew there was something off on the descent of that second repetition… fascinating how that’s often the case; the eccentric portion can be indicative of the quality of your next concentric rep.

Larry, “you won’t PR every week, unless it’s within your first couple years of lifting” Also Larry- PRs every week for two years 6 years into lifting…😳

Those squat sub tittles mentioning wrong weights as these had to be 432 kgs not 392 kgs. But that was really heavy stuff just insulting my squats...😄😄😄

Great squat lifts Larry! I enjoyed the squat session except for the last one just didn't see the 2nd lift happening since it was quite a struggle with the first rep of 864. Nonetheless, very impressive and I look forward to seeing more GAINZ!

Man you want more spotters around. For my opinion don't risk it again with just 2 spotters it's way dangerous
@JD-iu3vi3 жыл бұрын
That's right. The two spotters could get hurt trying catch Larry's weights.

He needs to be using the straps better. Slightly higher.

Bro, 99% of "spotters" are not actually spotting. It's insane how much trust you place in others to keep you safe and then they do some shit like this...

Larry is so strong, he got a hurricane named after him.
