Great shape. I tend to put deadlift first or second in my workouts . More energy and less risk of injuries on pre fatigued muscles.. When I put deadlifts after the lat pull downs and the cable pull-over I cannot pull as much weight. My 1 rep max magically increased (15kg) when I started with deadlift as 1st exercice. Great workout. Good form👌 +1 sub

@@MikeMentzerHITBearer So do I... You wanna read Mentzer again. In heavy duty you have the word "heavy". You missed something. Strenght gains are mandatory but you do you with moderate weights and not so high intensity. It's not HIT. It's regular gym bro stuff which is cool but Mentzer taught something else. You might understand with more experience though. Everyone has to begin somewhere

@@millionairemeditation Watch again. Back training. 5 to 8 reps in superset with lat pull down. It's literally in a video.

@@MikeMentzerHITBearer would you be willing to try something for me you can do a video on it and if it works the video should receive a lot of views. I'm here under a fake name so I cannot. Find a stairwell in a building with more than ten floors and walk up the stairs skipping one to two steps depending upon your stride. Go to the top floor then take the elevator down and do it 2 more times. Measure your calves and quads before and after. Too make it more challenging wear a backpack with between 15lbs and 30lbs. Now like I said you don't have to but you might be surprised with the results.

My brother in Christ Incredible physique, but seems to me this isn’t really heavy duty, multiple sets and not really going to true muscle failure. Sure there was great form and good intensity, we need more of that on YT, but Heavy duty id say it’s something else
