Thanks for the mention of Tallahassee. Watching you from Crawfordville which is about 20 miles south of Tallahasse and about 9 miles from Apalachee Bay. Been through 4 hurricanes in last 8 years and praying this one won't be any worse than those. Won't say I'm not nervous, but feel confident. Family near me left but have neighbors around me that are staying. Been following and enjoying you two some time now. Prayng for your safety as well. Crazy times we live in.

We had about 2.5 inches of rain over night in the Atlanta area so far, and that's not even Helene! Some area in GA had 4 in. We are expecting up to 9 in more and lots of wind overnight! This is one crazy & dangerous storm! They are warning if mudslides in N E Georgia. I just hope the power stays on! Stay safe everyone! We are praying for the storm to weaken quickly! ☔🛐❤️🇺🇸

Be safe Will and Dawn. Expecting 5" of rain on the plateau and have had 2" of rain in the past 2 days. Streets will flood across the state. Going to be a long weekend. Tropical Storm warning is being issued up into your area. This doesn't happen often. The drought map came out today and many areas of Tennessee are in extreme drought, sure hope the rains help and prayers to our friends and family in Florida. Thanks for braving the weather. Don't forget to stop and get milk, bread and food.
