Most of this is lack of common sense idiots that don't listen to "stay off the roads" warnings as well as "oh I'm a great driver it will not happen to me" stay off the roads so the city workers can get them cleared unreal

Your dog goes for walks in the snow? My 55 pound apbt/staffy/black lab mix refuses to step outside in snow or rain. She has snow boots and a sweater, and I still have to carry her outside, set her down, keep her moving til she does her business, then she runs back inside and gives me dirties til I give her food.

No headlights and tailights is crazy.. Maybe fault of AUTOmatic lights that don't turn on, be always aware of your lightning sistem, it saves your life if people are going to see you.
