Heavy, Wet Snow Damage In Bulgaria | Aftermath In The Garden!

Taking a walk through our back garden to see the damage from a huge snow storm that we had.
This is a documenting one of downsides of life living in a small village...anything can happen!... Nature can be surprising and at the end of the day it will do what it wants!!

Here in Plovdiv many trees and branches broke and fell down. I was mostly feeling sorry for the stray cats around, but it seems they have their ways.

Hi 👋🏻 Thanks for your comment!! 😊.. We seen the stray cats and dogs take shelter in a lot of the derelict buildings around the village 😊.. a lot of people around give them food now and again 👍🏻

Sorry to hear about your trees! If any hope, we employed some guys (years ago) to clear our jungle. They managed to cut down a peach tree to the ground in the process. But, I recognised a little twig growing two years later, as a peach tree. It has since grown and taken over the other peach tree I planted and had a load of peaches last year. So there may still be hope as yet. 😊

Sorry about the damage to the grapevine and trees, hopefully all is not lost. Where did you get the greenhouse from?

Thank you for your kind words.. We will bounce back and will make things better!! The greenhouse is from a company called Dancover. They provide to 29 European countries 👌🏻. Very strong 💪🏻 can withstand high winds and heavy snow... 2 of our neighbours had cheaper versions and they both collapsed. 😯
