Yeah I got your point but when we counts the era after WWII until 1948 it technically still was... But anyway the name of the channel is only an umbrella for all countries we wanted to include here it has nothing to do with politics. Heavy Metal of Eastern Bloc and Yugoslavia sounds terrible and it's too long... Cheers! :)
