I'm a 2nd gen Latino American who has family still in Mexico, and relatives who only speak spanish, even friends from Mexico also feel the cartels are the biggest threat. The border should be the biggest political objective dealt with as soon as possible by both sides, and the fact that China is arming and providing these terrorists with chemicals and drugs only to distribute to Americans is a huge concern more people need to realize before its too late. I love Mexico as my culture and my heritage, but I'm American first, and hope our government can help deal with our neighbor first before we focus on other foreign countries who could care less about us Americans.

@@MONDIZY01 yes that is an issue, but no cartels means less corruption. if the politicians are getting money from the cartels on both sides of the border directly or indirect, its the root cause of corruption. also if the cartels are truly more armed than the Mexican government, which they are, by being able to shoot down multiple military helicopter/ planes and vehicles, then they can't even fight against the cartels effectively.

Federal law states if you fly a flag in the US by itself that is not the US flag, its your 1st amendment right. HOWEVER.....If you fly any other country's flag near the US flag, whether on the same pole or an adjacent one, the US flag must be positioned higher. In LA, I saw many Mexican flags flown above the US flag and on the same pole. That was a willful signal of contempt for the US. If the ones that do that hate us, why stay?
