I was having severe heel pain and stiff calf, the pain was so strong that i couldnt even go out until 6:30pm. Fortunately bought vitamin K2 & just took Vitamin K2 (45 mcg) with d3...15 minutes later my stiff calf muscles got relaxed and the heel pain is gone! Thank you so much for this William.

What an informative video! Thank you, for sharing! I have to share this, with you and your viewers. Especially, those who can't stand the taste or texture of kale. I buy two bunches of organic kale every other Sunday, at my local farmers market. After washing it and removing the tough stem, I put it into two large zip lock bags, then place them in the freezer. I put a large handful of the frozen kale into my vanilla whey powder smoothie, and add frozen blueberries, half of a frozen banana, organic sesame seeds ( purchased from Amazon) 5 almonds, and any other seed - such as kemp, pumpkin, etc. I love these smoothies and try to drink one every day, to help rebuild my bones. ( I have osteoporosis ) It's hard to believe it, but I can't even taste the kale. The kale freezes beautifully and enables me to get a daily dose of this nutrient packed vegetable. I trade off with chocolate whey protein, frozen cherries, etc. Hope this helps someone that would like to add kale to their diet!

I had plantar fasciitis. I had under the ankle pain, right calves, knee pain, and still have the bunion looking big toe. Good to hear how and why it is all related. Enjoyed your videos. My question is: I can wear shoes without orthotics and no longer need the stabilizing shoes but I cannot wear dressy shoes with heels due to the pain. Should I be doing strength moves and maybe the scraping moves to get beyond this hurdle before I need to wear the heels to a wedding?

You should do nutrition and healthy lifestyle videos. Either on here or on another YT account. I'd be interested in hearing more of your opinions. It's refreshing to hear someone speak the truth about milk and what it REALLY does to our bones. When I tell people that milk is actually bad for them, and that it does NOT make their bones strong, they just look at me like im crazy.

playaprinnces Thank you! I am thinking about doing that :) I have a lot to say about nutrition and lifestyle choices. I think that most people find it hard to make decisions because of all the confusing information. I love to base my opinions on basic physiological principles. No silver bullets. Only fundamental principles :) And yes, it is so strange that people think milk builds strong bones when time and time again you find osteoporosis wherever milk is. So strange. I am glad you agree!! I will let you know if I make another channel :)

Wow you have done allot of research here, and presented it really well, thank you. I have osteoarthritis as well as rheumatoid arthritis. I have done research too, and am taking D+ K2, Mag + tissue salts. So I need the Boron of which I also came across in my research and I need Vit A ( which I thought was retinol for skin), and Calcium. I would have thought calcium would add to the problem? But I will try all these together daily and check my result’s after 6 mths. Good to see someone so young doing a great job in research and making this video to help others. I noticed the link has now expired after 9yrs, so I hope you are doing well in your future endeavours. 😃

Great video young man. I am taking AC carbamide, cataplex D, Phosfood liquid, Cataplex F, (these are Standard Process) and doing alternating ACV soaks and taking ACV along with Epsom salt (Magnesium sulfate) soaks. Trying to heal naturally so I will update later. My DR wanted to do surgery I have a HUGE bone spur and can barely walk. Saw my naturalist and she recommended these things. I also take another D vitamin along with a handful of others. Vitamin A with luitein, vitamin D with K2.

The calcium cant be properly absorbed by the body because of an incorrect ph balance. As we age we don't have enough acid to properly break down calcium. The ACV provides the acid and the acid breaks down the calcium and sends it to the right places where it is needed.

Vitamin A+d and k all together stops calcification of tissues. Cod liver oil is the best source of Vitamin A according to him. Femented cod liver oil is best according to him. He says D is in the cod liver oil. Said take mk7 (k2). He sayx and take some boron too. He said if you need calcium take garden of life calcium and you need magnesium for the aborption. Recommends trace minerals too for bone health as well. He posts a list of his talking points throughout the video.

Can bone spurs really just disappear from taking supplements? I have 2 small bone spurs on first and second metatarsophalangeal joints, but they are not associated with osteoarthritis, I think they appeared as a result from wearing improper footwear, since I've noticed a bunion is starting to develop and my foot balance has worsen. I think even my bones are little misaligned. It would be really helpful if someone could answer me if they really could disappear.

Garden of Life Vitamin Code Bone Grow/Raw Calcium have everything you mentioned in this video, except for Vitamin A. It is nice your a vegan.. but i bet your not a true vegan. If your consume, use, or have palm oil products in your home you are killing the rain forest. Not many know about this, but it is 100 percent true. Big Companies burn the canopies down with sloths, orangutans, elephants all for in the dark consumerism. I think that is worse, than learning what resources are "sustainable". Your cleaners, laundry soap, lotion, chocolate, shampoo and conditioner, shave cream, tooth paste all contain Palm oil. in fact, vegans use more palm than any other product. Which technically makes Vegans killing what little is left of the rain forest. look it up sir, thanks

I have a question for you. So far, nobody knows what in the world I'm talking about. I had PF/Spur quite a few years ago and then got it again a few months ago, only the 2nd time around was the "mother load." I was becoming an invalid from the pain. I was in desperate search of a natural cure when I came across a video made by a massage therapist and he showed how to use tools to break scar tissue. I was afraid to touch my foot until I saw that video, because I thought I would irritate it more - making it more inflamed, which would make it more painful. The video showed to to dig in the foot to break up scar tissue. I didn't have the tools he had, but I have a 15 year old Wahl vibrator - the one with the powerful vibration. They don't make them like that anymore - but - to make a long story short, I have been breaking scar tissue up for 7 weeks now, 5 times a day and enduring the excruciating pain of breaking everything up. I have been using several different attachments, but one of them has an edge on it where I have been digging in and moving the vibrator across a painful area and I feel all of this popping and crackling sensations that are like electrical shocks when something breaks. When I move the edge along an area, I can feel it push something that is in front of the vibrator and then it will send a shock all the way across my foot. Here's my question, after telling you all that. I don't know what this stuff is - is it toxin - acid - crystals - fluid..........Now after all this time and breaking down scar tissue all over my foot, there is some kind of fluid build-up. It's like pushing a balloon or fluid sack in front of the vibrator and then wherever it stops, that area is numb - like there's a bubble under my skin. Well - some of it settled in my TOES of all places!!!! OMG - the tips of my toes got all rock hard and then I got a rock hard lump on the top of my left foot and I have this tingly feeling in my foot and leg. I'm able to walk now - it did break up the combination of scar tissue from the 2 bouts of PF/spur I had years ago and getting it again. Do you know if me breaking all of that up with a vibrator caused something weird to happen? I started pushing the hard spots out of my toes, but this one on the top of my foot wasn't there even yesterday. I think I shifted this fluid to other parts of my foot, because it can be moved under the skin. Wondering if it can be released in my body somehow. Have you ever heard of that?

+Chandra Deed Could be plantar fibromatosis. Hard to say without knowing your current state of health. And the sensations sound about right. Could be some degree of nerve entrapment somewhere. Or fluid build up impinging on a nerve. I think you should make your diet perfect, then take bromelain and serrapeptase to clear up the excess fluid and scar tissue. It may not be scar tissue at all. Hard to say.

Hello PlantarFascitis SurvivalGuide Guy!! I am suffering from heal Spurs and your video got me very excited. You were talking about all those vitamins to take. I was wondering if you have ever heard of "Beyond Tangy Tangerine" and if so what you think about it? If you haven't heard of it could you google it and let me know if it is worth the $$$ or am I better to go buy individual vitamins? It states it is a complete multi-vitamin mineral complex. I have a friend that took that while she was pregnant, and when her baby was born he had a cleft lip that the Dr. said it was healed in the womb. They asked her if she had taken the vitamins the Dr.'s usually tell women to take and she said no that she took this Tangy Tangerine. The Dr. Is now having it tested to see if this powdered vitamin drink could have the capability of healing birth defects such as this little ones cleft lip. In your opinion is this a good vitamin to take?

Clare Vickers Fermented cod liver oil is the best! Great to hear. Combine that with some K2 and you will be good to go :) and thank you! I have never tried alcohol in my life and have been eating healthy for a long time. I am 25, but I seem to have stopped aging! :) Most people think I am 16 haha. Oh and keep in mind that heel spurs do not technically cause pain. I know that sounds crazy to hear at first, but check this out: "One out of 10 people has heel spurs, but only 1 out of 20 people (5%) with heel spurs has foot pain. Because the spur is not the cause of plantar fasciitis, the pain can be treated without removing the spur. Heel spurs do not cause plantar fasciitis pain."Source: AAOS, Anish R. Kadakia, MD And thank you so much for your kind words! I do appreciate it :)

PlantarFasciitis SurvivalGuide May I ask what kind of diet you eat? ..I did think you were around 17 18 yes. My foot has been really painful for over a week very distressing. Do you recommend Cider Vinegar to Alkaline ?..Cheers

Clare Vickers I eat a Weston Price diet, but without milk. It is the most "fundamental" and "basic" diet for a human. It really ignores all of the "diet trends" we have today and makes sense. I have kept an open mind for years and have listened to people's "miraculous diet plans" and have not found a better option than the Weston Price diet. There are no "opinions", only observation, and concrete evidence based science. Let me know if you have any questions on it :) I think that if you fix your entire diet, it will have the right acid/alkaline balance. Do not try to alkalize excessively. You need some acid, some alkaline. apple cider vinegar is ok, but I do not think it is what it is cracked up to be. It is one small factor to good health. Fermented foods are great, and there are lots of options available.

There are some very serious alligators against the manufacturer of the cod liver oil you are recommending. People need to do their own research before purchasing.
