It's been some years since i last watched Gundam Wing but if memory serves me right they never took out the body of Trant so he might have been consumed by Wing Gundam Zero/ the ZERO System itself. I just wanted to put that out there because of the cliff hanger and I also wated to say it's not said in show but some of the lore for Gundam Wing is rather interesting people should look it up when they have a chance.

Its wild that Frozen Teardrop never got animated even as a OVA or the prequel that showed (the real) Heero Yui, his interaction with the Sanc Kingdom's royal family and events that lead up to the current AC timeline. I guess they wanted to move on to other projects. Full of plotholes and cheese but still a good gundam entry. Sit besides the UC timeline for me personally.

They did a part 1 ova for Frozen Teardrop but they never completed it sadly. I think you might still be able to find it on youtube although it could have been taken down since it's been a few months since I last watched it.

I do genuinely like what the series does with the Zero System. It gives Wing's second half its own flavour of Newtype without retreading the original concept, and It goes with Wing's core themes on the nature of soldiers & war. The Sanc Kingdom stuff however is my least liked part of the series. It kind of feels like repetitive padding at this point, and it's also where Relena Peacecraft's character is contorted into being whatever the plot needs her to be. Creating an aggressively confusing character arc for her from here on out.

Rewatched this a few years ago most of it was great the beginning is top notch but the time Relenna is on and on about peace is so annoying. Also think Noin is about the best character centrally female character in Gundam seeing hiw she acts the most realistic and sensible 95% of the time.
