The Karate no kata（Heian）is Kihon dosa of Yoshinkan Aikido,s for by that is same mean, side to same training side, was to original old Karates. Do you Understand ?

@@hayakawaminase thanks. It looks like a practical aikido, but in karate you need do that more hardly and faster with a minimal time to process. Do not finish that technics cause in aikido these technics are ideal forms in ideal cases.

@@Aleksaan Techniques（操作）is not Waza（技）. Body（体　Tai） uses to styles and kata different by different to waza. Technique is just ABC. My English is very not well sorry. I studied English for japanese public school. That is very low grade. I have very low level and miss English languages. Sorry.

The problem is that Karate is being taught with competition in mind and (hot take here) most kumite is not realistic since you have to play by rules. Karate IS effective, but for the sake of keeping alumni by not scaring them or "tradition" we don't train realistic Kumite until VERY advanced ranks. I believe we should train everyone on a somewhat realistic fashion sometimes with progressive difficulties each time instead of point kumite all the time.
