Back in 1988 to 1992, joking around with my brother, I created a character called "Off the Hook Man" -- a very lazy superhero who would show up at disasters after the police, rescue workers etc had already done their job. He would breathe a sigh of relief that he is now off the hook. Well, in the early 2000s, South Park came up with their own variation: Captain Hindsight.
