Video request- Broken Indian healthcare system As a young healthcare professional, I can attest to the vast disillusionment in the current generation of graduating Indian doctors. The public healthcare system is inhospitable and the corporate healthcare is squid-games level predatory. Doctor-patient trust is badly fractured. The incidence of doctor burn-out, suicides and mental health issues are at an all time high. The ultimate victim eventually is the common man. I face these issues after finishing 13 years of medical training from the best medical schools. Unfortunately, like a lot of my colleagues, I am forced to explore options to migrate to a western healthcare system, not for better opportunities or money, but probably as a last-ditch thriving effort. I respect your research methodology and impartial factual presentation. Hence, I humbly implore you to present your take on this issue.🙏

Too much difference in salary pay in metropolitan cities like Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru. A person gets higher pay in advanced mertropolitan cities in comparison to other cities. A security guard or a kfc,dominos employee hardly gets only 10k a month with an average working hours of more than 10 (not including their traveling time). The amount of rice and roti PPL eat is actually more than vegetables or side dishes . Then indians love sugary drinks like milk tea and sweets . Also eating timing and stress causes pot bellies in men and women from late 20's onwards. Many PPL do not walk 5 kms every single day ! Pollution, lack of protein, and stress can severely affect growth in children. For optimal physical development, especially height, Indian children should be allowed to play outside for 3-4 hours a day, breathe clean air, and eat lots of protein rich food like eggs, almonds, chicken etc.
@abhijitmajee67543 жыл бұрын
This effect is evident on a personal level for me. When I was in the age group 0-8, my family didn't have good financial condition and thus my height is average due to poor nutrition even though I was very athletic. Whereas my 4yrs younger brother has gotten somewhat better nutrition since birth, has grown taller than me and is above average height even though he isn't that athletic. This is happening because Indians are more into madical and engineering, studying for 15-16 hrs everyday after getting pass 12th grade and in school teachers are cancelling games period for math's, parents are not allowing to go outside and play in park,so what will happen when kids don't stretch arms or play, and there isn't any sports facilities India. @amit68442 жыл бұрын
@@Miniflower25 not that much..nutritions only makes your bones & muscles strong. Playing sports will make your body stronger, it won't increase your height that much, most of the gymnatics are short. True, Genetics for sure. And I also believe long term effects in the overall average hights depends a lot on the type of diet/food we consume over a generational/period of time in specific regions.
@L_Ratio_012 жыл бұрын
Actually outdoor activities provide body the need to grow and be taller..... And maybe not outdoor activities, but the need of height in that situation......our ancestors needed tall height to protect themselves from wild animals...... Body need more energy to circulate blood in bigger the body.....so if body doesn't find the exact need to be taller, then it slowly decreases the height of the generation, in order to conserve energy and maintain body...... And you are right it doesn't contribute that much, but its contributes very much in generation to generation...... Its not like you will be short if you don't play outside, but your upcoming generation could be short time to time if you and your upcoming generations do not provide the need for body to grow taller..... It indirectly contribute to the genetics factor that you told and not directly affects the height......

Many factors determine a person's height, but natural selection/sexual selection is often overlooked. Most probably because it is linked with genetics, something that is completely out of our control. The truth is that 80% of an individual's height is determined by the DNA sequence variants they have inherited. Yes, our environment plays a significant role too but it's nothing compared to what you inherit from your parents. Even if your environment is fully optimized to maximise your height you'll only grow according to your genetic potential, not more than that. In Europe, even during the world wars (which led to food shortages, poverty, and all-out destruction), the average male's height increased. How? the answer may lie in a study done on the Dutch population. A study published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B shows that tall Dutchmen on average have more children than their shorter counterparts and that more of their children survive. The study suggests that sexual selection is at work since Dutch women prefer taller men over shorter men. The same effect wasn't seen in women, who had the highest reproductive success when they were of average height. The study suggests this may be because taller women had a smaller chance of finding a mate, while shorter women were more likely to lose a child. These researchers also studied the height of Americans and found that the height of the average American had levelled off between 1937 and 1940. Research among Wisconsinites showed that average-sized men had more children than shorter and taller men, and shorter women had more children than those of average height. Researchers speculate that this might be because humans often choose a partner who's not much shorter or taller than they are themselves. Because shorter women in the United States have more children, tall men may do worse than those of average height because they're less likely to partner with a short woman. Again, you can not pin it on a single factor but I believe this downward trend of height among average Indians is because of natural selection and also because of vegetarianism.
@payalchaudhary2812 жыл бұрын
Dude you really need to know the exact truth . First of all your 80% height is not dependent on your genes ... According to latest Quantum research we can change our genes .... Yes we can change our genes so enviornment affects our genes more than anything .. so nothing is pre destined.. it's just our belief system that's it . # CONDITIONED MIND
