It is the better thing. You have paid a reasonable price for something of which the Seiko 007, I'm afraid is becoming overpriced. Emperor's Clothing..You don't get sapphire, ceramic etc with the original. Great purchase 👌 Subscribed. 👍

Best value quality diver ever in my opinion - I have three Heimdallr's now and I say that as a lifelong Seiko fanatic! How much would Seiko try and charge for a watch with that spec these days - Or even a watch with a much lower spec!! That's why I'm a Heimdallr convert! atb snack.

Nice one, I'm still eyeing up their 62 Mas watch.. That bracelet looks the business too, if I can minimise the import tax I'll probably go for it, waiting a month for delivery though is a bit of a bummer

I had an SKX007. Flipped it because it had an ancient movement and Seiko's standard shitty mineral glass. This is the watch Seiko should have made but they went a different way. They binned the SKX, lowered the quality of all their non-luxury watches while simultaneously raising the prices. What a piss-poor company Seiko are! Thank god for Heimdallr then!

Yeap... couldn't agree more. Unfortunately Seiko can get away with that kinda crap since they are Seiko! But Heimdallr is filling in that side quite nicely! Thanks again

Damn, I was about to order their 6105 on the Heimdallr site. Don't like the sound of that wait.

@@Crackity_Jones. mine took a month to 25 days to arrive on free shipping.. ordered on the 3rd of april and arrived on the 27th .. i had to pay import taxes aswell .. at 156 euros I paid around 40 euro tax! hope it helps .. be safe

I love this watch so much I bought two. Both are blue dialed, most probably I’ll buy a black dial one too. Only one thing I don’t like: the bracelet does not taper so same widht all the way to the clasp. I had to buy a Miltat Angus bracelet for $109 to solve this but it is ok, I know it is an investment considering I will wear those three watches til the end of my life. I love them so much. BTW: Seiko, shame on you.

I understand that Seiko has to spend much more money on advertising, employees, R&D, etc. But you can't convince me that if they made a watch like this with these upgrades and sold it for $299 they wouldn't sell like crazy.
