I think a more interesting story would be Hela subbed in for Chaos King in a "Chaos War" adaptation. She goes from afterlife to afterlife taking over realms of the dead, and is fought by Thor, Hercules, Venus, and others from the "God Squad"

I like this story, however, like my thoughts on how the death of Natasha following the suppression of Hulk *should* lead to the introduction of Maestro and have *that* be World War Hulk, Marvel will never do anything that cool. Hulk is essentially a four year old with immense power, Banner didn't merge with him, he put him in a box. When Hulk *finally* wakes up his best friend is dead and he wasn't there to save her. This is how we get Maestro, Hulk fractures and another personality emerges... Marvel would never go that far with the character on screen but I'd love to see it.

I wonder with the whole firing of Jonathan Majors, if thats why we don't see what happens to good-guy Victor Timeley at the end of season 2. Like yes, we see them go back in the past to young victor and NOT give him the book, preventing another Victor from being created? But that wouldn't erase the one that is at the TVA, as they've pruned entire timelines or branches and yet those versions of variants still exist obviously. So Victor is still at the TVA presumably doing... whatever, working with OB? But we don't actually see that, and I'm assuming that has to do with them preemptively knowing that they were gonna let Majors go, so they can just "insert" an offscreen death in Season 3 or so. Or recast him, and say it was because of some device that he an OB were working on, and it changed his face. Idk. eitherway, i dont think changing the past effects the already existing Timeley, because otherwise a) the TVA would simply stop existing since He Who Remains created it (and no Loki did not create the TVA, because he undid his time travel where he gave OB the book and all that because he went back in time after that before all those events to fix the loom, so none of those traveling back and meeting earlier versions would have ever happened then by this rule) and B) well then defeating Kang would be super easy, barely an inconvenience as they could just find the birth of the OG kang, stop it from happening, and all the other kangs would just not exist. Since Time Travel was explained to not work that way, even if some of the events in Loki contradict that and some support it, it stands to reason that Timeley must still exist at the end of the series, but again, we just dont see what happens to him. All other characters basically got a send off. Wonder if Loki just gave him a chance to try and start over, like pick a century, and go live there like how Sylvie and Mobius do, and so maybe he changes his appearance and all that, adopts a new name like Queng or so, and becomes that version in the main MCU and when we see him again, recasted. Cuz Kang himself is still a threat, they can't just write him out, they have to deal with that, and unless they pull a Dormammu, where they idk, seal off their universe so Kang can't enter and thus making him a non issue, he's gotta at least make one more appearance and so they 100 percent have to recast him. Now, on the other hand, we could deal with a bunch of multiversal stuff first in the meantime, and then who knows, by 2028 or something, Jonathan Majors might be back in the good graces of the public and they hire him back as Kang. It happened with James Gunn, Mel Gibson, and so forth, hell even Josh Brolin was in hot water before hand. Given that many of the films were rearranged and pushed back, it could explain why directors left and whatnot because they had their original plans for the films and how they would tie in, and if they do have a "wait and see" kind of view on the character and who plays him and so forth, many directors probably didnt wanna stick around to find out, rather taking surefire films they know they would be completing. All this is speculation of course.

I'm sorry, Ryan but this is a huge stretch. I can't really see this happening at all. Even if Marvel were to say that Hela survived Ragnarök and Infinity War and Endgame and she's just been biding her time until she can take over all of reality, wouldn't the What If Life version of her be the obvious person to oppose her instead of Loki? Having Ragnarök Hela replace Kang as the new main antagonist and just be shoehorned into the multiverse saga just sounds like a bad idea. If anyone is going to replace Kang, it should be Doctor Doom.

Is season 3 a sure thing?? Cause man as much as it would be cool idea of a Loki n Hela storyline, I rly love how Season 2 ended. It ended Loki’s story arch masterfully. and I’d hate to see the one good thing MCU has done in a long time messed up by a desire of making more episodes to make some of the fanbase happy(I do get that part), and the studio more $$. Mayb in the minority but that’s my take. Yes bring back Hela n put her in another storyline in the greater MCU. But leave Loki’s perfect ending as an ending.

No. I don't think there needs to be a multi-movie big bad, but if there is one - It should NOT be a character already defeated. Maybe comic fans like to see villains return, but the mass market movie goer isn't clamoring to see any defeated villain again. Especially Hela. "Thor beat her on his own," they'd say. "What will the rest of the Avengers do?" There are literally hundreds of comics villains who have not been onscreen. Dozens of them at the least would be a better choice than the return of a defeated villain. (* not to mention that returning the villain always makes their initial defeat pointless. Thor destroyed Asgard to beat Hela. If she's still around, he destroyed his entire world for nothing?)

10:36 Uhhh yeah no, not mythologically or historically accurate, yes Hel ruled Helheim, but she was not a tyrant and merely looked out for her people, heck she was even quite agreeable as a god. Even allowing for people to return *from* the underworld, at least temporarily, to see their relatives, the only issue was her realm was one where you remained hungry but could not eat, and had no sun. (Of course that too could be merely a christian distortion as its also said to have flowers and just be a world where the dead live, so in reality your original pitch of loki recruiting her would be the mythologically accurate one.)

Yeah I also noticed that comment and it did feel pretty forced, like I get that they have a bias against Majors and are doing lots of fan fiction videos about who could replace the character of Kang, but to say that the army of Kangs is suddenly a too confusing plot device for audiences to grasp... just seems like the opposite of a lot of what they've said in the (relatively recent) past. just didnt seem necessary. Same thing as when he said that the multiverse saga has not yet had any multiverse battles, when Dr Strange MOM had at least 2 scenes... I didn't even like that movie but I recognize that they did at least have "multiverse battles". Jut weirdly seemed like unnecessary and disingenuous digs at the canon.
