I’m very happy because it’s very much new recipe nobody used date like this way maybe they are very very yam but sorry to say I love to eat agala with out coconut i hope can make this without coconut

අගය කරනවා හදපු විදියට , නමුත් දියවැඩියාවට නම් සුදුසුයි කියන්න අමාරැයි. රටඉදි පැනි වල gi value එක 47-+2 වෙනවා. ඊටවඩා හොදයි ඉතා පිරිසුදු පොල් පැනි හො පොල් හකුරැ ඒකෙ gi එක 35 කොහොමත් මොනම පැනි එකක් වත් දියවැඩියාවට සුදුසු නැ. They all become sugar in the body

Dates have a low GI, which means they're less likely to spike your blood sugar levels, making them a safe choice for people with diabetes. Moreover, dates have a medium GL, which means that 1 or 2 fruits at a time are a good choice.

@@helarasakandykitchen894 these things are very individualistic, by giving misleading information you could put someone’s life to risk specially someone who doesn’t know the facts. That’s why I wanted to bring this out Dates have a low gi low gL because of the high fiber content when you take the fiber out it changes And obviously the glycemic load changes too. It could be safe to have a spoon or two for essentials But using it with rice flour which again have a high content of carbohydrates changes everything I’m a reversed typed 2 diabetes following a low carbohydrate diet with no medication. I check my bloods daily and have a very good knowledge of what foods, food combinations effects my insulin spikes. Dates are a very healthy choice for healthy people but unfortunately not for diabetes in the form of අවුරුදු sweets. Please dont misunderstand , my only intention was to make diabetes patients awear of this. Thank you

Sorry to say this. Dates are not at all good for Diabetic people. Blood sugar levels will rise very high.

Too much of it bad..i agreed but few for a day instead of sugar is good choice know..
