I love my Helikon Bergen! I've adapted mine slightly by securing two of their Bushcraft dump pouches either side of the main front pouch and reversing the hip belt to act as an all round compression strap. For such a little daysack, it carries so much kit. Brilliant design.

I totally agree. I love the way it carries. It really is the perfect size day pack or even a light overnighter.

Pick yourself up a MOLLE POP Flare / Extended Mag Pouch Coyote USMC Military Surplus for that silky saw. You can molle attach it now. I have a photo in my community section. It perfect. I am using a OneTigris Mini Molle Panel where I attach my knife and silky saw on a drop down. Amazing

I think its more like 25l. The Rush 12 is 24l and it feels a little smaller than the Bergen.

It's possible. I'm just going by Helikon Tex numbers.

It’s a lot better than those ‘clam shell’ style bags. That weakness designed into them. It’s a good day pack but a bit small for a Bergen. I’ve been using Berghaus Crusader Bergen that’s 100 litres since the late 80’s.

Agreed. I much prefer this design over the claim shell.

Hey buddy, is this the coyote colour or adaptive green? Struggling to tell over the camera
