I am a 33 inch waist probably about a 38 at most anymore than that it may not fit without modifying the straps.

Straps are plenty big. 50” plus waist and it will fit.

You can order all helikon tex stuff directly from their European store. Almost everything is in stock, and if you live in CA there is no tax but there is $39 shipping. I've ordered almost their entire pouch line and a couple backpacks
