Is there any chance to keep the mic on during the tuner process? Perhaps in the following firmware upgrade...

The Helix tuner still has no capo mode (tune low E string to a different reference, like Eb or D or F, or whatever). Fractal has provided that feature for decades. Budget clip-on tuners provide that feature. But not Line 6's flagship multi-effects pedal, for $1700.

I was pretty happy with the tuner until the latest update (3.71). Lots of bugs, including the tuner. Using my Variax, I suddenly hear my guitar when I tune. And it chooses some weird tuning, just to make thing even more annoying. Also, if the Helix is being used as an audio interface, suddely that audio sounds like it was from a broken AM radio when the tuner is engaged. The audio also pops and clicks now, without the tuner active, and it didn't use to. Same setup before and after the firmware update, in every other way. This latest update has been the proverbial turd in the punch bowl.

Is the red tuner light supposed to forevert blink on the pedal??,,,its driving me crazy

I hate this also. Seizure inducing. You can turn it off in the Global settings, but it comes back on with every firmware update. This should default to OFF Line 6. Two things that need to be banished from modern life, warning stickers and blinking lights!!!

So. Good. Any chance for 7 and 8 string tuning offsets? True Temperament is quite common on these guitars and a main reason to offset your tuners.

Why does it say 119.6 above my foot switch. Shouldn’t it say 120? How do I fix it

Is this offset in cents? or HZ? or what kind of unit is that?

The tuning accuracy is exactly the same no matter the mode is being used correct?

No, in fine tune mode you can get more precise tuning....to hundreths of a cent.

how do you change from flats to sharps. Don't want see Db I want to read C#

@@cartooncoreyofficial I went back to my OG pedal board. Haven't touched the Helix in 8 months. Can you read your tuning in sharps now, or is it still flats only?
