My neighbor works for APD. I showed him this video. He told me alot of these valet attendants are usually slipped hundreds if not thousand for the keys. The Durango is probably in a container in Savanah probably on its way to West Africa as I type this. Valet worker made a grand or 2. The thieves easily 10k for the person overseas that wants that car.

Most intelligent folks have a system with a alert on your phone anytime the vehicle is entered or even moved just from the body weight of a person getting into the car just that slight movement will alert you ,then a kill switch and they aren't getting your car unless they tow it and you still get that alert 😉 I vote for exploding air bag steering wheel filled with special sauce 😂😂😂😂😂

My cousin had his mother's Scat pack stolen last month in front of the same Ritz Carlton while the valet had the key. The thief just pulled off while my cousin was waiting for them to find the key. It was parked directly in front of the hotel when it happened also. They refused to help and stated they were not responsible and to work with our car insurance.

Hold on a second, earlier this year or last year (don't remember the exact date), a married couple in Atlanta went to a hotel there with their brand new Rolls Royce, valet it and it was stolen with help from the valet!!! The car was found in Houston a year later however the hotel was acting similarly to this one in that incident in that they didn't help the couple as much as they could.

I usually stay out of business like this, but I’m insert my two cents Number one the Ritz Carlton felt like it was OK to inform their valet client who is spending the night in their hotel five hours later oh by the way your car was stolen then come up with an elaborate lie, saying the glass was broken. There was no glass found, and of course they didn’t want to release the video. But more so than that, why blame the parking company blame your valet employees nobody got a background check and that’s on the fault of Ritz Carlton

I parked my car in front of that valet 2 months ago, had my Raptor broken into along with another pickup truck. The valet said they didn’t see anything. When the police officer came he said this street got hit all the time for break-in’s. They’ve asked the valet and hotel before but they never provide evidence or seem to know anything. Pretty sure the valet crew is in on it because they seem to ignore when it happens. Cops could also stake out the area for a few nights to arrest the gang involved. Sad situation for this guy.

This was 100% an inside job and ritz doesn’t want him to see the video because they know that one or several of the employees were involved. This guy should get a lawyer, but I’m willing to bet that ritz will say that they deleted the video by accident. Could be worth suing the hotel anyway. Never give car like that to valet. Either it will be driven or stolen (or have parts stolen) by staff. Valets are never background checked and are often shady

Ritz is Marriott. Hilton proudly puts their name on all their hotels. I've stayed at countless Hilton hotels. I have 400,000 hilton honors points. They are by far the best hotel chain in the US. Very well managed. Marriott is a distant second best. It's a cutthroat industry and most Marriotts don't operate like this.

Remember this EXACT situation happened with the Rolls Royce at the Thompson Hotel after valet parking the vehicle.. They made them get a court order for the cameras and the RR ended up on Swangas in Houston 😭These hotels need to be held accountable for their negligence!

If memory serves this same thing happened to a Man's Rolls-Royce. His Rolls had custom Wheels. They had to Twist the Hotels Arm to get the Surveillance video, which showed a Hotel Valet giving the Rolls Keys to a Man who just arrived and left in the Owners Rolls. The Man found his Rolls in Florida and got it back minus the custom Wheels, months later. Ritz knows they are at fault and are stalling the inevitable.
