Spewers are primarily dependent on the type of missions you do. For example, on an ICBM mission youre gonna get alot of spewers, and the ones that involve destroying eggs you get less to almost zero spewers, mostly being the latter.

​AC cant kill titans, and is inconsistent in killing chargers unless you got stun nades, i bring spear for bugs but nothing beats the AC against bots they have literally nothing it cant kill, just need to hit the right spots. However if AH implements a way to kill titans with AC without breaking their armor, my beloved AC will be inseparable from me.

I use autocannons against bugs all the time for the larger bugs like spewers along with the fire shotgun to clear the rest of the mobs. It's a great combo. If a bile titan shows up I simply run away to call in an airstrike.

Also an autocannon primary user and the bile Titan solution is other stratagems. Though it may technically be possible on paper it's not remotely ammo efficient. I run autocannon, 500 kg, EAT, and precision strike. The 500 kg for Titans, the precision strike (and stung grenades) for chargers, and the EAT to help with both or if something misses. Of course with the rework and the whole damn map being filled with dozens of double strong chargers... Hell I don't know, bugs feel like crap right now. I would prefer to take my autocannon ass back over to bots.

I ditched auto cannon, I use railgun to have fun with, and it is better than AC at killing BT. Tho it’s still terrible. AC is literally impossible because hitting anywhere besides sacks will ricochet, and destroy sacks alone wont kill BT. You literally need something else to kill BT if you bring AC, but Railgun can do it alone.

Autocannon can absolutely kill titan but it requires you to shoot at the sack while under the titan because if you shoot it at the slightest angle it will ricochet, so it’s pretty much impossible after they made titan resistant to stun.

Breaking the sacks alone won’t kill BT. It will just chase you down. IIRC sacks is 1000HP and titan has more than 1000HP, You need something else to deal damage to BT after the sacks got taken out.

You can kill a bile titan with AC (and HMG) by blowing the butts clean off. On an undamaged titan, it averages around 20 shots from AC on the rear to destroy it completely. Usually throw 500kg or precision and follow up with AC if it is still alive.

You need to throw down the 500kg directly in front of the BT while baiting either the spit attack or the stomp to keep it in that spot for the 500kg if you throw it just slightly in front of the BT it is USUALLY a direct hit

Orbital precision and 500kg can both one shot a BT. The trick is baiting out a spit or melee animation to keep them in place long enough to land it. Missions with increased strat call in times make this more difficult.

I usually bait the vomit, then throw the 500 about 10 meters in front of it and run straight away so the BT tracks me. Often though, it will pivot to go after your teammate, wasting the 500. The 500 isnt always a one hit kill. Couple days ago the bomb stuck in the BTs leg at the knuckle, detonated and didnt kill it.

Also 2 things: 1) Diligence CS is surprisingly good on bugs, you can magdump a Stalker and kill it before half the mag is gone! The new armor makes it even better. 2) I LOVE the Bushwhacker on bugs for a similar reason, you can kill a Stalker close range with a triple-tap to the head. Thanks for the videos!

You have to "crack" a Titans armor to kill it with an AC. So eagle rockets are probably the best stratagem. Eagle strafe can also work too.

Red shotty/AC main for bugs all day. As someone who uses the AC almost exclusively the way I handle titans is an orbital railgun or two. Same for chargers unless the orbitals are on cooldown. I also keep the pistol in semiauto and use it for everything up close if mags are down on primary and heavy. The pistol takes out a surprising number of mobs with a handful of shots. For spewers, aim at their heads alone, only shoot the body or abdomen if you have no other way to hit the faceplate. In an up close map like this the AC will suffer a bit but as long as you keep the mag from going dry it's doable. The basic eagle strike is better vs armor. I only use the 500 on pretty open maps for just the reason seen here.....because MY eagle pilot did NOT graduate at the top of her gunnery class lol

Here's a little tip: If the extract is way too hot to even make a mad dash for the door, when the timer reaches 0, leave the zone. The shuttle will come down, but it will hover over the extract and provide fire support, only landing when a player gets into its radius. So, you can all run away for space while the shuttle helps clear the enemies.

You gotta crack the armor on BT first then shoot at the exposed flesh that's how I take them down easily, a rail cannon or 110 pods should do the trick, also remember you got 50% increase to melee damage with the peak physic passive so you can 1 hit melee all the little guys and not waste your secondary ammo on them

Sorry, but flamethrower is still better, especially if you plan to use the Jar. For one thing, the flamer can kill Chargers from the front very quickly. And it can also deal with enemies close to you while the AC will force you to kill yourself from the blast dmg. Finally, and most important, no backpack, no stationary reload.

23:50 apparently explosive damage on charger butts is broken so sometimes it works and sometimes doesn't. The explosion actually working is how you can sometimes 3 tap the behemoths

Just curious if you are able to clear eradicates on helldive? I can just about manage all missions at 6 and 7 seems to slap me about every shape both bugs and bots. I'm not sure what more I can do to be better. I seem to get awful luck with patrols every game haha

I love Arc Thrower for bugs. Can kill any of them, although it's not worth the effort vs Bile Titans (worth bringing a nuke or railcannon strike for them). Works really well for running solo in a full game, as you can go without supplies if necessary.

I main autocannon on both enemy types. For Bile titans, what I recommend most would be to take 2-4 quick shots at the underbelly to blow up the bile sacks and then use a strike to finish it off. Orbital Railcannon will always 1 hit kill a Bite Titan that has had both its underside sacs destroyed so it's extremely reliable. If you find the cooldown prohibitive playing solo you can try supplementing with 500s or rocket pods to open the sides. If you're determined to kill the Titan with just the Autocannon alone, you want to blow the two sacs, and then keep firing at the tail section underneath where the backmost bile sac was. You can often hit this from the side or the front, and will take the Titan down in something like 20 shots.

I love the AC for solo play. Use the pummeler and redeemer for the small guys. Quick switch to the AC for the med bugs and then I bring 500, orbital precision, & gatling with stuns. The stuns are essential

i've just discovered an easy way to kill bile titans with the autocannon, idk if people do this already but i wanna share anyway. all you need is the orbital railcannon strike and the autocannon. simply throw the railcannon strike at the titan so its exposes its back armour, and then you just shoot the shoulder that was damaged with autocannon, similar to how you kill bile titans with the flame thrower. i think this method is extremely easy, but requires the railcannon strike so i'd recommend also bringing the precision strike as a backup, the 4th stratagem is up to you but i like the airstrike. if anyone wants to see this in action i can upload a video demonstrating it.

I like the Breaker Incendiary against bugs, sure, but you should really try the Blitzer now too. It's actually become my go to weapon against the bugs. The ability to hit multiple enemies at once like the breaker is nice, but the unlimited ammo is great, and the knock back really helps against even the Brood Commanders and can stop their charge.

The best way to kill a BT with the AC is to go after the big abdomen sack. It takes a lot of shots, but you can blow off the butt with enough hits to the sack (keep shooting the sack even after its shredded).

Been running only bots until about a month ago or so. Brought my AC along from the bots and it's been working great against bugs as well. On this jungle biome you can also shoot most if not all trees to clear the way for eagles. For the BT's I like to bring an AC turret. It doesn't need to kill it, just strip some armor to finish it off with the regular AC. It serves also as a nice distraction if you want to disengage. I'm quite sure that somehow if the eagle napalm hits trees it still burns enemies on the ground below. Maybe a bug, but a useful one. Edit: ah with eagles I don't like running more than one just because of the shared rearm. OPS is a bit more reliable than eagle 500kg - though still has issues hitting terrain.

You can only kill bile titans with the AC by shooting it's underside or hitting exposed areas on the top. Exposed by other strategems or rockets. If something exposes the top the best thing is to shoot the bottom sack if it's chasing you as you'll have a higher potential to kill it. Also it kills Spewers in 3 shits if you hit the green on the side or the nape right above the spot that bends when they shoot up into the air. I love it paired with the AC sentry because the sentry staggers and exposes armor. New improved rocket sentry is pretty good as well but i prefer using the HMG with it.

You would combine the Orbital rail cannon with the Autocannon. What this will do is (think about it's health being cut in half.) is it will hit the top and that counts as a lot of damage to it's health. Combine that THEN going for its sacks add more damage to its health and then you got yourself a dead titan.

I prefer the HMG on 450 with supply pack. Use the HMG as your primary with a Breaker in case anything gets close. Grenade Pistol for bug holes and stuns for chargers and reloading in chaos. Add in rail cannon strike and precision strike for titans and you can clear everything easy.

I basically use only the AC as support weapon, on Bile Titan the only areas you can damage are the sacs underneath its body. That amounts to pretty much 50% health, you have to finish it off with a Strat.

AC bugs user here, take out the sack of the titan then use ORC or just use 500kg/OPS. You can also use rocket pods/ORC to strip armor then the AC can penetrate the titan.

as someone who uses the autocannon for most missions i get caught in a situation where my 500 doesnt kill the bile titan and i dont have other means of killing it, ive found that shooting it in the head will most likely bounce, where the bile sac was, keeps bouncing too, the spot to get most hits off is shooting the middle portion of the bile titan, behind the head, after the large bile sack looking from the front, it looks like a smaller bile sack, usually doesnt bounce and can seriously hurt, finish off or outright kill the titan from full hp if you hit

on killing the behemoth by only 3 shots w/ autocannon---the 3rd-4th scale behind the charger is also its weakness for some reason. on that note, you can 1 shot behemoths using quasar. so you will have bigger damage on it and you might have accidentally shot that

Only Eagle strifing works in this map, the others, unless the canopy is destroyed, usually are a whiff. I am using gatling and airsburst orbitals here.

there aren't any current bot planets with the jungle biome i think, but X-45 could be attacked at any point as it has a supply line to a bot planet and is a jungle biome for the question at 17:39

That map is both my favorite and my least favorite at times. It’s a map that can be soooooo hard to traverse, and it can “catch” your stratagems in its trees often times effectively hobbling the eagle strikes.

I don't used AC on bugs, but the few times I have iv aimed under the Bile Titan with the AC and not gone for its head. You blow out all the bile sacks and just keep nailing it till it dies. Much better options for bugs, AC is more a Bot weapon.

I've used autocannon for bugs since day 1. It feels like a cheat code against bile spewers. Getting the titans is not particularly hard, unloading into the belly from basically directly under it does the job effectively

For AC vs Bile titan, you can crack the armour and shoot them in the open area (and maybe the front leg joint?) to kill them. You can also blow out their sacks with the AC and get more consistent 500kg/Precision/railcannon kills. Otherwise, don't. You can maybe destroy the rear thorax from underneath but this may have changed and would have taken to many shots to be practical most of the time

i love the AC Turret for bugs and for Robots pair it with the Rocket Turret. You need some smart placement but then they shred. like the AT Turret is so good against Charger and bigger Bugs if u need to defend something pair it with the "Stun" Mortar and ur so fine .

I don't go for bile titan faces with autocannon, I just blast the underside of the rearmost part of the thorax until it dies. I think it takes 10-15 shots? But I def don't main it on bugs and only recently started trying to kill titans with it (just used strats before). I actually didn't even know you could hit the face with the AC.
