Helldivers 2 Crew Served Operator Loadout

This is my loadout for a Crew Served Operator build, focusing on the usage of the HMG Emplacement, Spear, and Mortars. There are two different specializations focusing on the current types of enemy factions in Helldivers 2 at the time of creation. What difficulty level are those specializations meant for? Because I'm really curious about how you plan to manage 6-7 chargers along with 2-4 bio-titans simultaneously on difficulty levels 8 or 9. Let me share some concerns about it: - spear rocket launcher faces significant target-lock issues and has a very limited supply of rockets; - stationary shield proves ineffective against bugs, as most of them charge at you in melee; - HMG emplacement can't penetrate heavy armor, has a limited ammo supply, and requires an operator who could be doing something more useful Aaand so on... 😅 Moreover, at such difficulty levels, taking a defensive stance is often impossible. You frequently need to kite enemies and sometimes just run away (except in defense missions, where a different set of turrets plus something to destroy titans would be necessary)

Personally, I haven't had an issue using the Spear in difficulty level 9 missions. I actually prefer to bring the Spear over other Anti-Tank weapons in higher difficulties. Also for a loadout like this, I would encourage having the other two party members pull the aggro from the enemy Heavies while the Crew Served Operators deal with them using the Spear. Using the Shield Generator Relay will also help mitigate the time the Crew Server Operators are exposed to enemy artillery, this will give them enough time to identify where the enemy artillery is coming from and to eliminate them using the HMGs they have emplaced nearby. However, this is a themed loadout utilizing my experience in the Infantry while also still providing effective in-game capabilities.

I went for a DMR+Assualt Rifle combination so that the Crew Served Operators can engage at a distance while also still being able to engage the enemy at a close range. However, you can ideally use whatever weapon you want. I just try to apply my experience from the Infantry to these loadouts, giving them a sense of realism while also still being effective in game.
