Yep it also proves the devs look at the reddit. There was a huge topic there that got massively updated about how to improve defence missions. The devs must have seen it and said YES. then made it. I love this game. They legit DO engage with their community. Not for a VERY long time have i seen something like this happen.

I want the cyborgs to take Cyberstan so I can experience fighting on that planet. first missions i did up to level 30-ish was bug missions, i though automaton missions were super hard and stressful but after spending some time fighting automatons, i must say i prefer them over the bugs.

As in you find them easier or more enjoyable? Cause I tend to enjoy fighting bots more but I find myself struggling against them way more even on lower difficulties than bugs. For some perspective I consistently full clear bugs with randos at difficulty 9 whereas I can only do that with bots at difficulty 7.

(im also going to replace my side arm with grenade pistol as soon as i unlock it)

Figured out the hard way dont kill the 3rd dropship too early on the right side of the base. It can land on the pelicans landing pad and drop their load there inside the base. Also it crashes too close to the side of the landing pad, bots will climb up it into the base. Lost a match today from a tank climbing the debris of the ship and ending up behind us...

Fun game plus the bots & bugs play quite differently which is great. They are actively working through all the crashes & issues and they are quite open which is good to see from devs. Even if you buy the game this week you'll not be impacted by 90% of the shit we've had to deal with. There Is no single player, u can do it do it but it's not meant to be played solo, matchmaking is awkward, players are retarded, the passes are alright, there are some cool stratagems, more new weapons to come which the game desperately needs & it's nice feeling part of a community when you do missions working toward a goal. Buuut the game can get boring if you play more than an hour a day (after the initial honeymoon period) and the devs seem to not care about yoyr time (going off the bots coming back so quick.)

Should definitely be a week between new invasions. I like how they did the invasions but it was too short of a break. Kills the immersion. After we decimated the automatons they just came right back. Didn’t really feel like much. Give er take a week between invasions I think you can find a balance between feeling like you accomplished the war and still being able to fight the bots consistently enough in the game to not make it boring for some players
