Helldivers - PS Vita gameplay

In this singleplayer/co-op dual stick shooter everything is out to kill you. Even your teammates. Even your own equipment. EVEN THE DROPSHIP THAT'S JUST SUPPOSED TO PICK YOU UP AT THE END OF THE LEVEL. And that's just awesome.
Sorry about the video quality in this video, since this game uses the rear touchpad to perform some important actions (reloading your weapon) I couldn't really use my regular recording setup, since it makes accessing the rear touchpad a little more difficult than I'd like it to be.

Played this for 35+ hours only on the vita. No issues honestly. Graphics are quote different from the consoles but the game play makes up for it. Thoroughly enjoying this awesome game. The multiplayer is quite refreshing for someone who doesn't own consoles.

Yes, definitely worth it. As for if you could play with other consoles, only with games that have crossplay.

TheSneezingMonkey That depends on what you mean by playing on your own: I would not recommend playing the game on your own as in without other people, however playing online with random people is totally ok, even without using the voice chat (which most people don't use FYI). I'm pretty much in the same boat as you, I don't really have anyone I know to play my Vita with, so from my experience I'd say if you plan on playing online, then the game is absolutely worth it and a ton of fun. The thing with Helldivers is that half of the fun comes from the chaos that ensues when you have multiple players, plus if you play alone the game can be a lot harder (which turns the game into more of a stealth game, although sometimes it's impossible to avoid confrontations). I'd only suggest playing on your own (without anyone online) if you want to unlock a certain piece of lower level equipment (equipment that can be unlocked by completing a more easy set of levels), in other words: in shorter bursts with a lower challenge. Play online whenever possible. Story wise there isn't much more than what the opening sinematic tells you. You, Super Earth, are at war with three different factions and are trying to push them back and take over their homeworld. It's a community effort, so by completing missions you basically add a tiny bit to Super Earth's progress. Missions themselves don't have any real story, so there isn't much more than that background information. It's not a story driven game, but there is a basic story to give context to what you're doing.

I love mine so much, that i have 2 haha Some really great titles are need for speed most wanted 2012, kill zone mercenary, call of duty black ops declassified, assisinas creed 3., helldivers, wipeout 2048, gravity rush, uncharted golden abyss and many more!! it really gives you a portably console experience and on myltiplayer, you always can find a game, there is never a wait!!! get one and add me PSN: ScoobyRIOT-_-

dont bro, too late getting now, limited games, sony support is dead, no community,best games are port games like borderlsnds and re but runs in 20 fps fucking hell, i have vita its just collecting dust, if i were u just buy nvidia shield, or 3ds or ps4, if u hve decent budget buy a gaming laptop if u really want portability. otherwise best is a ps4 or a 3ds but pokemon kiddie games is kinda meh. monster hunter is fun though.

Floow snaake It's absolutely fantastic when playing with other people, so as long as you don't plan on mainly playing this game on your own, I'd definitely recomment it.
