I can certainly garantee that all the words here are true. My grandfather saved himself lots of times when going on high risk surgery. And my grandmother who has never been a positive thinker, just standing there is now in a real bad shape... lots of illnesses happen because you are not thinking positive! So please be positive, even when is hard sometimes!

I actually like to think negatively or realistically in a situation... if you always think the best will happen, you'll be let down a lot more than you should. But if you don't expect a thing, you might find yourself surprised when good happens, or not, but prepared, when the worst happens.

How does one become positive? Research suggests that keeping active, particularly if one is activating more brain regions; lots of inputs tend to swamp out depressed activity & get things in proportion. Most things work, exercise, walks, creativity & making things, solving puzzles. even 'puter games can break ppl out of limited & negative loop-like thinking. Stuff that brings a sense of achievement, become a person you like. & avoid alcohol as it's a serious depressant even days later.

Yeah, this is all true. But i first heard from this in the movie "The Secret". iT's about the law of attraction, and it says that you attract the things to yourself, by thinking positive, you attract positive things to yourself.
