Kate was a truly inspirational doctor. This is a lovely albeit it brief interview. Having been an impatient several times I can relate to all that she spoke about. A friendly and courteous doctor, porter, or member of the health care team makes patients less anxious and reassures them that they are a person and not just a diagnosis.

This is amazing, I am a nurse in Australia and I believe this is a massive part of health care that even I forget to do some times.
