I have to agree, that the tone is the bread and butter of a singer, we have a lot of good singers in PH but what sets Mori apart is her beautiful, she sings her first 2 notes Im already enthralled, there is just something in her beautiful tone, its captivating. Her performances online/ singing dynamics/style is the most favorite and dissected among the foreign vocal coaches that they teach to their students. I just love the fact that when shes hitting high notes her voice doesnt thin out like most belters do hers stays full and rounded and resonated.

Mori is such a precise, pure singer. She can sing anything, and sing it well. One of my other favorites is Faouzia. Very recognizable voice and very different style. Wild control with unique Moroccan inspired vibrato. If you haven’t heard her, maybe check out the Orchestral version of Faouzia’s own song “Hero”.
