Hi Carl. I have to agree with you, that this song is somehow much better than any of the other versions of him singing this song. And I like your analysis of the lyrics. However, the lyrics you used are a paraphrase of the original words. The words are quite a departure of the original French. I wonder if your analysis might change with a literal translation?

Hidden gem? Elon is the "encore" at the end of her covid concert at the Burton Cummings theatre. It is, to my knowledge, the only place to find the song.

This is the best cover of this song. She's just robbed Elvis and I think he's got tears of happiness during her performance. And I think she shows a power of Love, overwhelming, anxious, out-of-this-world, the force noone able understand, no one enforced to resist. Doomed color is perfectly hits.

Yes, Carl, this was Dimash’s first venture into pop song and this was done while he was living and working in China. Shortly after, he established his own production company, DIMASHALI Creative Center, that he gets involved with all that gone into it. His father oversees and helps him manage the production/business side of things. Dimash is his own boss. He composes what he wants and sings what he wants. Only love and respect for Dimash. ❤

Amazing, emotional, and well-crafted poem. Tremendous ingenuity in using Linkin Park titles throughout the poem, not in an obvious way, but put together to evoke both familiarity and emotions from the observer. Well done and well read! I especially liked the music of "In the End" playing throughout the piece. You are indeed a master Wordsmith! ❤❤

OK, I will have to say I really don’t like reactions that get this deeply in the explaining how she sings. But I absolutely love this reaction to the barefoot princess and your explanation. The barefoot princess is absolutely an angel sent from heaven. Sure I’ve said that in a couple of your other reactions, but I believe that in my heart.

Great reaction and analysis, Carl, as always. This is a sad Kazakh folk song, as other Dears has already informed you. He is singing the part of the young Kazakh soldier and you can feel his heart wrenching pain in his voice and feel for his longing for the homeland and the beloved mountains he left behind. You feel the worries and how he misses his elderly parents, and the uncertainty of the life of a soldier marching into war that was not their own. His vocalization was so haunting and heart breaking, it hits me right in my heart every time. Yes, I listen to Dimash every single day. I simply MUST. There is that NEED for me to hear his voice. I have his songs on repeat and I will never get tired of them. Love and respect for Dimash. Always. Thank you, Carl. God bless and take care of yourself.
