Go old school 350 an drop a 383 stroker kit in the 350 you can get LS power off that maybe 1000 bucks getting the kit an getting it out in depending where you find the motor. Motor probably cost you 3 to 600

It depends how much power you want and the money your willing to spend bro. Most people will say LS swap it and be referring to the LS-based 5.3 or 6.0 but those are heavy cast blocks (Truck motors). I would definetly go true LS like an LS1 or LS2. Either one would make that light ass G body skate. Another good one If your trying to stay small block chevy gang and not have to change so much then a built 383 stroker on a holley efi system would be killer too bro.

Swap a turbo 3.8 v6. It’ll bolt right in since it’s the same v6 you have now. Same motor the Grand National and T-Type Buick’s had. You can easily make 350hp-400hp

The cutlass has a mechanical fuel pump on the block of the motor, the in tank pumps need to be baffled around the pick up so the pumps don’t starve. He needs a efi ready fuel tank
