as a baker there's so much try to combine with pandesal like, liver spread, pancit canton, tomato sardines, scrambled eggs, corned beef guisado, chiz whiz cheese spread Eden cheese Mayonnaise condensed milk coco jam yema spread strawberry jam hotdogs spam/luncheon meat spaghetti champorado milky avocado etc. Filipino food is all about mix and match ex. adobo it can be pork adobo, chicken adobo, fish adobo, adobong pusit, adobong palaka, adobong kangkong etc, etc unlike other cuisine that had restrictions on their dishes,

Daddy Won really adapted the Filipino way of eating pandesal. After he dipped his pandesal in the coffee, he eventually took a sip of it. You should also try different kinds of pandesal, not just the plain one. We have malunggay pandesal, ube pandesal, and so on. It's more healthy and delicious

You should do a part 2 of this video. You're correct, there are a lot of combinations that you haven't tried yet with pandesal. Pancit canton, sardines, reno liver spread is good also, corned beef, etc. Pandesal is good to be eaten either with just dipping it in coffee or with any spread or fillings that you like. 😊Thank you for learning how to eat Filipino foods and liking them as much as we do. 🥰God bless you more and always keep safe!

Try the salted eggs. Sliced it into diced and put diced tomatoes and sliced onions and soy sauce and eat it with dried fish with rice 😋

You should also try putting butter or margarine in the Hot Pandesal and then dipping it in a freshly brewed coffee. The saltiness of the butter and the bitter sweetness of the coffee makes a great combination! And The taste is amazing!

My brother and I used to jog to a bakery about 2 miles at 7 a.m.to get pandesal in Burnham Park ,Baqiuo for my dad 5 days a week.We were 12 and 13 at the time.A few weeks later we moved to Manila.Then my dad passed.A year later we moved to the U.S.A.Louisiana.That was 58 yrs.ago.I still miss the P.I.!

Salted red egg is delicious, you should try it, its already boiled no need to cook, the white is the salted part, its best to eat mixed with chopped tomatoes with rice or fried rice

Freshly baked pandesal is the best. Paired it with margarine or butter, or peanut butter, that’s my favorite. Pandesal with Ice cream if the weather is very hot, that’s ok too.

Hi i also love pan desal especially now that there is malunggay pandesal which is more healthy,,,i remember when i was a kid my mother she usually go to bakery to buy it for us before we go to the school,i remember it was 2 pesos before, she also bought with a famous dairy cream its a famous butter in the Philippines,you can also partner pandesal with liver spread the brand is Reno,or scrambled eggs,,,and always slice the pandesal in the middle,so you can put your favorite stuff on it...😅😊🎉 Watching from California u .s .a.take care guys ..

I would like to suggest mix sardines in can with egg we call it torta we also cook eggplant with egg try eating it like u did in the ice-cream put it in the middle. When you try the butter with the pandesal it's oily because you put so much try putting it like a jam spread. ❤❤❤

Pandesal is even good with LUCKYME PANCIT CANTON. Its basically food for college students in a budget. Filipinos's are known to combine flavors you could never imagine. Just like Adobo a mix of combined flavors [Salty, sweet and sour] We even have a peanut butter soup called KARE KARE mixed with fermented shrimps. Or Organ Soup made with Bile and animal organs called PAPA-ITAN.

You can make pizza pandesal. It's very yummy! Buy pre made/cooked pizza sauce at the grocery store, spread it on the pandesal, sprinkle some cheese and put it in the roaster oven. Heat it for a few minutes or until the cheese melt and enjoy. It's very delicious 😋😋😋

You can also eat pandesal with pansit ( noodles) ...sandwich style...you have to spread the butter inside the pandesal like you did with the ice cream same as the peanut butter. then dip it in the coffee 🙂

If you want to use sardines as spread for your pandesal next time, I recommend the Saba brand. It's a regular sardines but with premium taste, different from all other regular brands.

You're lucky to get access to home-made natural peanut butter instead of those supermarket brands. Also, Pan De Sal can be eaten with practically anything you can imagine....even Kimchi, although that would be stretching it but still, palatable. One of my faves is with cream cheese.

it is easy to make homemade peanut butter. you can also experiment how much butter, sugar and salt you can add that will suit to your taste. i used to sell peanut butter to my classmates and teachers when i was in highschool. it is so good especially if the bread is still hot and fresh from the oven. soooo delicious. you should try making your own peanut butter! you can buy cooked in oil peanuts, like the ones you can see at the market. then go to a peanut grinder store. you can ask any market vendor where the best place to have the peanuts grinded. bring your peanuts, and sugar and have it grinded together. then mix it with butter or star magarine when you get home. the yellow star magarine is the commonly used if you don't like salted butter. By the way, i like skyflakes with century tuna flakes in oil or hot and spicy. hehe
