You know the only reason Ariel won, and Mia was the runner up. Was because, motto took himself out of the competition. I might have a chance at winning this competition now" those were tears of joy.

I do have my list of the top chefs in Hell's Kitchen that I admire and respect, and Motto is definitely on that list. I barely saw him angry and judgemental. He's calm, skilled, and sincere. The fact that he put himself up for nomination because he wanted to go back home with everything he has learned from Ramsay. That made him a star in my book, and made me shed a tear

She sabotaged herself with that menu. It was meant for her to cook, not her team. They were totally unfamiliar with it and wasn't given ample opportunity to learn it. Their execution of it was doomed. The team had no input in the menu, so it exposed her teammates' weaknesses.

If you're talking about the veal clip, Jose was supposed to realize that they were raw and send it back. Gordon sometimes lets something raw or overcooked through but I guess it's understandable, having to manage 2 kitchens at the same time isn't easy and he's human
