Humility is so important, you could see that with the first fusion challenge. Everyone who was so sure and like, yeah easy my dish will be awesome, sucked. Juliette who thought she would suck did have the best dish in the end. Because she tried the hardest because it was something new for her and she didn't just take it easy. Awesome job 👏

It's kind of funny in Season 5 that Giovanni failed to cook rice properly on both his Signature Dish and the Fusion Food Challenge. I could imagine Clients tasting his Italian Risottos. Also Paulie bad mouthing Ryan at the beginning just to hug her afterwards, what a snake lol.

I always roll my eyes whenever someone says they only eat "American food"... or like my dad "Only eat Australian food"... Chances are VERY high that something you eat originated with another cuisine. French fries (Belguim), Pizza (italy), Mac and cheese (Pasta - Italy)... Bacon and Eggs on Toast (England), etc.

nah I'm Indian and I've made plenty of fusion Indian and Mexican dishes. it's absolute fire. Indian and Mexican have a lot of similarities, naan/paratha to tortilla, salsa to chutney, beans to beans, and a lot of spice blends are similar too. I really don't get why they thought that was an odd combo.
