Listen… Parenthood is all about making what you can for your child. That means more than being selfless but understanding what makes you yourself a better person for both you and them. Stolas lied to her, Stella and himself for several dozen years for a fucked up marriage he was forced in (both of them.) He lied to his wife rather than being capable of being honest with her even though he states she was merely there for means of sexual reproduction to create an heir. Not to mention them all being demons like dude, I understand that these characters are meant to be connected to irl but like… Again… They are all demons, and the largest demons we can face are our own. Stolas easily is just as horrible for lying to himself, his wife, his daughter, and his father. Making excuses doesn’t make you a victim, there is no excuse as to why he couldn’t have just let Stella go as he simply stated; if anything I can still see why she is pissed off… Yeah she is a bitch, but dude lied to her for 17 years, I think anyone in their right mind being told they only existed in that state for breeding purposes and being told they are a lesser in such a royal family would be absolutely pissed right off

The thing I love about Octavia is that she's such a refreshing spin on the bratty teenage daughter. She's not frustrated out of greed or selfishness, she's frustrated because of the very legitimate issues her home life is facing. Alot of people her age can relate to feeling trapped in a toxic environment and not knowing how to make it better or get out of it. We see this when she explains that her biggest fear is if her father loves his partner more than he loves her. Even with all her frustrations with him, what she most afraid of losing isn't her parent's marriage or her home, it's the people who love her.

Octavia is so relatable and a great character when she was little life was fun and happy but she grows up more her parents are fighting because of Stolas' lust of Blitzø not being cheerful, her moment going to Loo Loo Land seeing Robo Fizz just brought back bad memories and Stolas understand what she feels, she wants to go home but it's not home to her because of the yelling and arguing and Stolas caring her in his arms is a sweet moment going some else right behind them Loo Loo Land is buring out another damn good episode I super hope to see more of Octavia in the series.

I actually liked episode 2 way better than 1. To be honest, I wasnt really interested in Helluva Boss from the start, unlike Hazbin. But this episode really sold me on it. And Stollas and Octavia went from secondary characters I barely cared about to some of my favourites!
