HELP!!!! I NEED SHOP ADVICE 😫 Upgrades coming!

it's time for a major restructuring of my shop. how do I get the most out of my tiny space? help me figure it out. over the next few weeks I'll be organizing my shop & I need help with specific holders,trays,& storage of items I use every day. #whiteriverrambo #shoptour #organization

I've been following you for 2 years. Im going to make an extra effort to watch all of your yt videos by the end of the year. You put out some incredible work! Its even more impressive that you work out of such a small space. Honestly Id have to say maybe maximize your outdoor space as much as possible. Even if its only seasonal. You need a bigger shop brotha! The chop saw table has been a game changer for me. Shop space is something i have never had an issue with. I thank my pops for that. Lucky for me im a 2nd generation fab shop owner. If you were closer, I'd partner up with you in a heartbeat. Your knowledge of welding and fabrication is elite. Love the content, brotha!

Get the material outside that you need to cut order up in the air where you can raise and lower things as you need them. Utilize the air space above you.

I can't do that. I occasionally have airboats & pontoons in the shop that requires the full 12'

Have you checked out Adam Savage's maker shop? He just took on a massive storage system from Industrial Light and Magic maker shop that closed. Check out his videos from his shop makeover. Lots of great ideas. He's got less space than you.
