Help! My child’s mother won’t let me see my child. What does Georgia law say about this?

Sadly if the fathers name is not on the birth certificate or they are not legally married or the child is 3 or older and mother remarried no judge will give rights! At all not even a trial attorney can change that! The Georgia system is flawed.. period! It’s wrong but that’s how it is in ga state! Newyork and other states are not the same in this agreement! Ga has a very flawed system in many things!

The law is passed by the general assembly and signed by the governor. That’s how it would be changed too.

Number one is not true if a female don't want you more than it was what can you do you can't force them out to be together and number one I would be down to be with a woman because I got a kid by that person I will be down to be with a female that disrespect me
