Help rate us! What NTRP/UTR level do you think the players are? Indoor hard court tennis match.

First set of weekly tennis match. I'm curious on your thoughts about what the NTRP and/or UTR ratings are of the two players? J is in the near court, M is in the far court. Curious to hear any observations, tips or advice. (I'll post the the actual USTA NTRP level and UTR after comments/feedback). Thanks!

Due to the lack of consistency, I'm going to guess 3.5.
