I'm still confused on what the heck is going on with this AU after reading the wiki, but the basic idea is that several of the AUs collapsed on itself causing things like the Sanstrosity where many sanses from different AUs exist in the same space. The 6 fallen humans' souls formed The Locket, which is pure determination, and somehow causes the fused souls to seperate.

It's quite simple actually. Help_Tale is all about the amalgamate that would be an AU where every alternate realities of Undertale meet. If you would've seen the rest, you would've seen that Lucky 7 (Papalgamate) is the next encounter and that after that one, you can see a lot of AU versions of both Sans and Papyrus, although some of them are limited to one of the two characters. Those includes Altertale (seen before Lucky 7), Littletale, Underfell, Underswap, Mafiatale, Freshtale and even Sixbones. I'm pretty sure there's new characters that doesn't appear in any other AUs as well, like those mexican versions of Sans and Papyrus. (While Papyrus appears like the one from Undernovela, Sans do not.) Of course, especially for the case of Fresh Sans and Underswap Papyrus, they look more corrupted than usual the first time you see them.
