I have benefitted from watching cleaning routines, tips, advice.. and the most important part.. Reality, not Pinterest life. Of course we don't want to live in a dirty, filthy, uncomfortable home. The task in the home NEED done, and we need to look to a better place of cleanliness, but with grace (as other post mentioned). Not coddle the behavior that is hurting the individual, but holding their hands to help them walk to a better place. Thank You! Thank You!

I would to get someone like you to come and help me clean out my sisters room. She passed away March 30, she lived with us for three years. She was like my mom and I just I try really hard to go in and clean up your stuff but I feel like I am erasing her. I'm only 52. I've had two back surgeries, a stroke and two TIAs. I can only do so much, and I have to sit down. But the rest of my house is livable lol. But I really wish I could find somebody in the panhandle of Florida to just come in and help me clean her room out, like you do on your channel. Thank you so much for what you do. I wish I could do for other people like you do. I've been a CNA for 25 years and I only take care of Alzheimer's dementia, and I loved it and I miss it. I love watching your channel. Your “Hoarder” series (you were helping a friend of your husband’s) is how I found you, and I subscribed before the video was even over. I had become a widow in April of 2018, and my mental health crashed! It was all I could do to get out of bed. A grief counselor me that the state of my house was a reflection of my mental health, and that I shouldn’t beat myself up for it. A day would come, and when it did, I’d see a change in my house, and my mental health. She was right, in a way. The change hit my mental health, but I didn’t know how to start, and that’s when I found you. You had said, something like, pick one thing, and take care of that. You also said that I shouldn’t beat myself up either. Thank you for helping me, when I needed it the most. Also, I could definitely use a helping hand now…🤦🏼‍♀️

I have chronic pain, and can only work for about 10-15 minutes at a time, and then have to sit down for awhile. But, when I keep getting back up (ie: not remaining sitting for hours), do another 10 minutes, rest. and then another 10, rest, etc, I'm always amazed at how much I am actually able to get done. I can vacuum in segments, mop, clean a toilet, load my dishwasher, etc, and it just to be done in segments, but it all adds up.

If I could just rent your motivation for a week... I love that you call it helping hand, because you truly are to these people. Also, how do you avoid taking people's "problems" home with you. All it takes is one in your supplies, car, house and now YOU have the infestation.

This is my 1st video I've seen with you. What you do is amazing!! I spent my teen years living in a Hoarder home. It was much much worse than this.. and now I have the hardest time letting things go.. I have anxiety just seeing my kids playing with toys.. it's a true problem that I work on everyday.. I love wanting to keep my home clean but the amount of stress and overwhelming feeling I get trying to keep it spotless everyday is hard for this mama of 4.. on another note I've gotta get that scrubber You've got!!

I have chronic illness along with a slew of other health issues. You make my heart happy taking the time to help someone and not judge. Nobody really knows what it's like until you physically can't do something. I'm not old still in my 40s but have mobility issues and cleaning my house is exhausting and extremely hard. I could spend 2 hrs cleaning then take a 6hr nap it's that bad. Thank you for being kind and helping others 💜

I used to be a clean freak and then I started having issues and coming home from work would just collapse. I ended with a heart attack. Watching your videos really help me keep going. After i fractured my wrist and needed a couple surgeries, my house got trashed over the course of my recovery. I wish there was someone like you here in Washington because I need that type of help lol yes I have a small business but I also have depression and the mess and clutter tend to get away from me and even when I do major cleaning it seems like it's never enough. I just need that motivational friend or stranger to come in and give me that boost and until then I'm trying my hardest to do it all on my own. You're videos give me so much motivation and serotonin. I've been in a deprission many times and never cleaned or asked for help. My husband wouldn't clean, so after I got out of my deprission, my house was BAD! I finally got it back to normal. Oh, for the bugs, use mint essential oil. It helps keep roaches, and I believe ants away too.

I totally understand how life events, depression and mental handicaps can affect a person. My first marriage was for 20 years and he was bipolar. It was very difficult for both of us. He eventually could not deal anymore and committed suicide. God bless you for trying to help those in need. The world needs more Cambria's.❤

Depression is debilitating. If anyone doesn't know how it feels, I can't understand the whole process. It really destroys your whole being. It is good for you to put yourself out there to help a suffering human being to start a new life in their life.

I think it is so selfless of you to spend your time ( of which I know you don't have a lot ) helping others! I know what it's like not to be able to even get the basics done. OMGOODNESS Cambria I love your heart for others. I have a real fear of bugs and I am not sure I could help out in this house. I worked in Hospice for over seven years and I did home visits. Sometimes the areas I had to go in were not the best or safest. I always felt uncomfortable when I saw bugs. I worked with an exterminator who gave special pricing because of their situation. I might have mentioned that to you before I’m not sure anyway, God love you for your sweetness and your kindness to others. Take care until next time.❤

Have her mix Borax and sugar and place it in area around the house. This kills roaches and ants really well. Careful if she has animals. Place behind fridge, stove, dressers, etc. You are amazing! I bet she feels so relieved having you there helping her ❤

living with Cambriea I worked for a Housing Authority here ,4 of us cleaned for the elderly to prevent eviction and The Exterminators sprayed all the time . We were told a German Cockroach can crawl 160 ft from one building or apartment to another . A female only has to mate one time and can have babies anytime she wants and can have 65 babies or more. The babies eat the adult bugs poop to survive until they come out in the open. A German Cockroach is one of the hardest bugs to get rid of. and one of the nastiest. They eat glue from cardboard and paper and any crumb laying around love warm spaces and around water sources. Sometimes we had to wear full Hazmat suits . If any of this info is incorrect you can blame the exterminators. Not all people can afford to have a nice house and not all can afford an exterminator and not all sprays work to get rid of the problem. Thank You Cambriea for all you do.

I brought something into my house about 10 years ago that was apparently infested with cockroach eggs and they hatched and made a home in my house. The exterminator put that brown paste which is poisonous food for them to carry back to their nest. It worked like a charm. He said for every roach you see go ahead and multiply it by 100. So if I killed 8 roaches in one day I could easily say I had 800 more hiding in my house. Nothing motivated me more than that knowledge to keep my kitchen picked up. I had him come by every 3 months for treatment and after 1 year they were officially gone. Lesson learned is you make sure to hose down and bleach a used window air conditioner no matter how new it may be 😉
