I am in pure awe and astonishment that you have the patience, willingness, and know-how to do this to help this family. Right? It's SO important when going into these houses, especially bathrooms that can be biohazards. My only critique would be wearing shoe protectors or some kind of plastic boot that can be fully sanitized and disinfected, instead of tennis shoes.

I know someone who has an infestation, due to them living in the walls and uses the Pinesol method. It doesn't work. If it was a small infestation maybe but widespread...hell naw. I've seen it personally and the Pinesol being used. Needless to say, I no longer visit their apartment.

The dirt and slime were so bed, I thought, there’s no way this will get clean. I was even seeing Hello Kitty or some motif before you started on the screw covers on the bottom of the toilet - nope, just slime. You made the fixtures and floor looking new again! Congratulations!!! Love it 🎉
