I definitely second this!!! I’ve watched every single video ever made, get so much healing and perspective, watched some multiple times and even share with friends and family because it helps them greatly also

@@ilovesamyo yeah I shared with friends as well...unfortunately thwy are not interested..I realized ppl will stay miserable unstil they willing to change...glad that u are on your healing journey.. one step at a time.

This man is a God send. He has an amazing way of breaking these down in a manner in which all can understand, giving great examples. It’s one thing to say something with knowledge and another thing to break it down for the laymen and give examples of what he is conveying. Amazing! I love him

It's so difficult to find the right therapist, even though I live in a big city. They all have their own baggage and doesn't know a lot about c ptsd.

his reading out his 'taking a history' questions actually makes me feel quite panicky. This is probably why therapy doesnt work for me, and I'm so grateful for these videos because they provide all the information needed for that 'understand the impact of the trauma' bit.

Seriously, others do not care to understand, speaking from experience only. They care not for even our Veterans, w/Combat-PTSD...PRAISES There isn't any place SAFE today...God Bless All!

Oh... I don't think I'll ever live in a safe environment for economic and social reasons. No wonder i never get better. Often i wonder if all my efforts aren't just making it worse.

I've been abused my hole life im n therapy now but the ways I've been abused has made me have no belief in myself when i try to stand up for myself with family who mistreat me i think oh does this mean im reacting to a wound of ny 8 year old self how do i stand up for myself and know im not to blame when im one been mistreated i feel i cant keep ignoring everything thats affecting me and wrong my family were trained to go against me b critical of me and see me to be a problem by my abusive x im struggling to heal to this day from how bad these effects r
