I ordered the MFER1 seconds after seeing your unboxing video. I love the product and I would recommend it to anyone. It’s the only exhaust mod I have and just the crackling and pops you can now fully hear rolling in a parking lot in second or third is worth the money alone. It is not some sound you have never heard before because the car had the valves open at a cold start, but it is when you have small pulls from 15 up to say 35 or 45 mph in traffic with the sound of the valves fully open that you fall in love with the MFER1. If your tuned for the catless mid pipes, you can just program the valves to stay open instead of going this route.

I’ve had this on my car for about 3 months and love it, hands down the best & highest quality active delete out there. if u didn’t know what u where looking for u wouldn’t know because it has a clean OEM look once installed without having to hang and zip tie the active to other parts. (Sounds Great all the time now)

Hey Hemifam once you install these I know it keeps exhaust open so without my challenger being in sport mode will there be a sound difference? Also will it affect my sport mode at all if I use it ?

I wanted to know the same thing he doesn’t mention anything about sport mode. I don’t want to lose my sport mode I don’t think this would be a thing if you lost your sport mode so I’m guessing it should be fine because I’m going to install mine tomorrow.

What would the difference between in installing this and removing the active exhaust fuse from the fuse box in the trunk?

if you remove the fuse you will get a check light - that sucks, plus it disengages the remote start.

The valves can get stuck. therefore it is a good idea to do this before it happens. This is a thing on hellcat's, not sure about other chargers

Shit I just put the tazer program in it and tricked the system into thinking it was in track mode. Which keeps the active exhaust open all the time.

Nope when done correctly with the proper parts you’ll get no codes. Not sure how many miles it’s been since the mid pipes but surely quite a bit and still code free.

MDS will make some funny sounds and you may get a tad bit of drone at certain RPMs but nothing too crazy.

$150 is way overpriced.... And the extra machining on it is completely wasted. No one will ever see it so why have all the cut out logos etc? I would never pay that much....50-$75 maybe

This is a dumb mentality. Just because you own a nice car does not mean you should piss away cash for no reason. While this thing looks good, is literally just a piece of sheet metal with some mild machining. The cost to make this is pennies on the dollar. I would guess markup at $150 is easily 1000% , IE cost to build it is like $15
