On September 7, 2021 I suffered an ICH in my office. I will never forget that day. It was like death. Till this day, I often cry thinking about it. I have made a full recovery. I feel like a walking miracle. That horrible experience changed the way I look at EVERYTHING.

Did you ever have issues with speech, walking or reading/writing?

I had to relearn how to walk, talk, read, draw, and do math (I am an engineer and a graphic artist). It ripped me down to my most basic elements. I will never forget it. If I ever have another one, the fear alone will surely do me in.

I had a subdermal hematoma crainotomy 2 months ago why am I still stuttering?
@WingedWheelArt13 күн бұрын
2 months may feel like an eternity…but recovery doesn’t go by a calendar. Give it time, don’t push yourself too hard. Do the speech therapy and don’t be hard on yourself! You’re doing great and I’m sure your loved ones adore your stutter-it means you’re there with them.
