Normal Govt bus la it was ₹800. Private la also starts from same amount. You can check in Redbus, makemytrip. Private bus na mostly starts from evening. Govt bus early morning la irukku to Manali like how we started. But limited timings thaan operate aaguthu I think

For Agra, Bus stand is different its not Kashmere gate.. Train is better option prior booking at season time is good option

Max 6 would be ideal. Expense depends on the way you travel. For eg. Chennai to Delhi (return) by flight minimum 7.5k but in train sleeper 1600 Rs (return). per day per person 1000 including food and accommodation. Can increase as per the way you wanted to travel bro..
