You can see Floor fangirling the whole season of 'Beste Zangers 2019'. He was her childhood hero and when she heard that Henk was participating that season, she immediately accepted also and boy what a season it became. The climax was the duet 'Phantom of the Opera' they did together. Every season of 'Beste Zangers' has some surprises as the participants are from different ages and music styles and you get to know singers who were not that well known to a broad audience in The Netherlands. Just what happened to Floor Jansen in 2019.

Henk learned distortion so that he could sing for Floor. He was actually a bit intimidated to sing for her, he had that much respect. She opened the show by singing "Vilja Lied" an aria from the German operetta "Merry Widow". These two have so much fun together on stage.

Great reaction again from you! Beste Zangers is to me one of the best programmes here in the Netherlands. Every year i am looking forward to a new season, and 2019 was the best so far. This season from 2021, that started 1,5 week ago, is with less famous Dutch singers but is also a good one so far. (After 2 episodes, still 6 to come)

Floor Jansen was the guest this evening of the "BESTE ZANGERS" and the Bariton Opera Singer Henk Poort sang Sound of Silence out of his comfort zone by singing a metal version for Floor. Floor is a big fan of Henk. Floor is really enjoying it, just look at her smile😊 This was AMAZING...🤩 This is on the beautiful Island of IBIZA (SPAIN) in a resort🌴🌅🏝️ And the Host Jan Smit (Also singer) lives in my Village Volendam🇳🇱 A few blocks away 🥰 Thank You so much. Yeah, definitely check out all of Floor Jansen performances on Beste zangers, and 2021 she did Euphoria but from her home studio due to surgery and she couldn't travel then, but now she is back to doing live shows with Nightwish, awesome 👌

You should check out all the ones Floor does, the one song "Winner" she sings kills them all. She also sings a song for Rolf, his song, completely in Spanish and rocks it up, also cool.

Should you check out the other performances? O yes, you should! This episode of the show was simply a string of pearls. To me "strong" written by Floor herself and performed by Emma Heesters was a surprise stirring the heart. A 'must' I believe. But the other performances are definitely worth checking out as well! Thanks for this one.

the song "Strong" which Emma Heesters sang is what Floor Jansen wrote for her mother. she herself could never sing the song without crying she said herself . even in the preface before the song itself she broke down in tears and also during the song . so because Emma Heesters touched her so personally she "won" this episode
