@Camerom: I was wondering, what are your main pointers when rowing you have to keep in mind? Like, for me, they're: relax the shoulders, square on time and keeping pressure on the foot stretcher, eg. Also for beardmans and your previous pair-partner :) Keep up the good work and good luck for next week!

Fantastic video! The only extra thing I would have liked for the video is that you had built up the pace over the first 3/4 mile and done the last full 1/4 mile section at flat-out race pace, then cruised with super-long cover for the rest.

I really enjoy what I am doing just now yes! I don't know if I have a favourite, maybe 7 or 5 but both have their own merits!

The vast majority won't store their boats in the boat tents. But if they do, I have no idea

Split can be so variable depending on conditions so for a certain type of conditions we know what speed roughly we should be going

Do you get back pains from sweeping?

8 am fortunate to avoid back pain mostly. I know my body and know when things aren't going well so usually am able to prevent anything from getting painful
