Es un mix de musica y ritmos tradicionales y más antiguos. Como genere musical es de origine Epiròta, però, el significado es tan profundo para la memoria que necesitamos mantener, de las almas perdidas durante el genocidio de los griegos de Asia Menor (Póntos,Ionía, Cappadocia ecc) por mano turca(primera parte del siglo 20°). La familia de la cantante tienes origines de la parte norte del país actual de turchia, donde la mas grande percentual es de origine Griega. Como stile de musica de traición, podría ser "Mirolòi", "Lamento", para los perdidos. Think of Ukraine people leaving their land and losing land (even thou the west is at fault for this/what tv won't tell you) and then Armenia also losing land.
